Picturesque views of the lake. Dog-friendly room with direct access to terrace. Full kitchen with plenty of dishes. Two trampolines in the courtyard. Strong wifi. Cozy cafe with ice cream bar. Helpful and kind staff. Good food at the restaurant.

    Nothing that I didn't like.

The hotel is situated right in the midst of beautiful scenery, with mountains rising high nearby and a breathtaking lake closeby. the bus stop located just outside the hotel provides easy access to all nearby towns and cities. Rooms have kitchens and clean bathrooms, with an absolutely breathtaking balcony view. Staff are friendly, courteous, and always ready to help. the continental breakfast was delicious and well-plated.

The hotel's furnishings could use some updating to make the overall experience more comfortable.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in rural western Norway. The hotel facilities were great, with two trampolines in the courtyard and a cozy cafe with an ice cream bar. Our rooms had picturesque views of the lake and were clean with a full kitchen that had plenty of dishes. The staff was kind, helpful and did their job remarkably well. Additionally, the location was perfect for sightseeing as we had easy access to nearby tourist attractions such as Steindalsfossen and the ferry from Torvikbygd to Jondal.

    Couldn't fault.

This luxury 5-star hotel exceeded all my expectations. the exclusive amenities provided me with an unforgettable stay. the room was spacious and elegant with stunning views of the surrounding nature. the bar/lounge area was the perfect spot to relax after a day of activities. the breakfast was a gourmet feast, and the restaurant offered a diverse range of dishes to suit any palate.

The location was a bit isolated, and it is necessary to have a car to explore the surrounding areas. this minor issue was easily overlooked due to the hotel's numerous advantages.

Great lake view, spacious room with good amenities. Good continental breakfast with a variety of options. Conveniently located near local restaurants.

Room was overpriced for what was offered. Poor service at check-out with staff unable to complete the task.

The breakfast buffet was decent, with a good variety of food. the view from the room, overlooking the fjord, was stunning. We also appreciated the spacious room and comfortable bed.

The WiFi was a complete disaster, making it difficult to stay connected. the bedroom was tiny compared to the living room, and the room overall felt overrated and overpriced for what was offered.
